I took a structured break to restore health and build sustainable work routines over the career break, as well as a personal and professional development period, while strengthening analytical and programming capabilities through continuous self-learning. I developed personal web and mini-program projects to apply coding, data structuring, and problem soloving, wrote analytical articles and provided insight support for consulting clients, and gained exposure to cross border e-commerce operations and investment analysis.
I spearheaded the initiation of the consumer studies program in China, optimizing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to facilitate collaborations across various departments. I played a pivotal role in orchestrating the design of studies aimed at supporting product development and discerning marketing trends. Concurrently, I provided guidance to team members, enhancing the caliber of competitive product analysis and refining focus group interview techniques, as well as elevating standards for data presentation. Simultaneously, I contributed to the analysis of data for clinical projects. Furthermore, I took charge of a volunteer database project and successfully established localized subject recruitment channels using WeChat official accounts and the WeCom platform.
I digitized the research agreement review process by refining workflows, drafting system requirement specifications, and executing usability testing. Concurrently, I oversaw and enhanced the functionality of two Microsoft Access Databases, elevating user experience through comprehensive database upgrades. Moreover, I accomplished the 2020 annual report of research publications for the Ministry of Education, delivering insightful analysis reports to inform decision-making across multiple systems such as IRB, subject recruiting, and data collection.
In the capacity of Research Design, I offered expert guidance for six experimental studies in behavioral economics and neuroeconomics, fostering effective collaboration with scholars from five different countries. Serving as Lab Manager, I exercised oversight over daily operations, implemented financial programs, and enhanced internal quality control measures. Furthermore, I took charge of developing and programming four behavioral economics experiments, streamlining efficiency, and actively managed the lab's online presence.

I have successfully executed four class projects and one practical project, specifically the Diantao App User Experience Optimization.
